By accessing and using the AkiTao website (akitao.com) and associated tools and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the platform.

2. Scope of Services & Tools

AkiTao provides digital brand systemization architecture, methodology publications, ecosystem project directories, and client-side utilities (such as WASM Favicon Generator). Public tools are provided "as-is" for personal and business assistance.

3. Intellectual Property

All articles, methodology frameworks, UI designs, brand assets, and source code are the intellectual property of AkiTao and author Lac Viet Anh, unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized duplication or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in malicious activity, attempt unauthorized system access, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to restrict access to any user violating these standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for high reliability and precision, AkiTao is not liable for direct or consequential damages resulting from service downtime or reliance on outputs from client-side utility tools.
